Accident Insurance monthly premium rates
This coverage from Lincoln Financial pays a lump sum directly to you if you or a covered loved one is injured in an accident. Benefits are paid for accidents resulting in ambulance transportation, emergency care, fracture, concussion and more.
You may only enroll in this coverage during this Special Enrollment Period, during the annual open enrollment, or upon a family status change due to marriage/gain of a domestic partner or birth/adoption.
